Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des SAP-Services-Teams mit Business Analysten
  • Verantwortung als Business Analyst für den End-to-End-Prozess Order-to-Cash
  • Analyse und Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in standardnahe SAP- und Salesforce-Lösungen
  • Gestaltung integrierter Lead-to-Cash-/OTC-Prozesse zwischen Salesforce und SAP
  • Durchführung von Fit-to-Standard-Workshops und Umsetzung von SAP Best Practices / Clean Core
  • Mitgestaltung der Integration über SAP BTP / Integration Suite
  • Steuerung interner Stakeholder und externer Implementierungspartner
  • Begleitung von Testing, Migration, Cutover, Hypercare und Übergang in den Betrieb

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung oder fachlichen Steuerung von SAP-/IT-Teams
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich SAP SD / Order-to-Cash
  • Praktische Kenntnisse mit SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • Erfahrung mit Salesforce Sales Cloud und CRM-/ERP-Integrationen
  • Kenntnisse von SAP BTP / Integration Suite und API-basierten Integrationen
  • Erfahrung in SAP- oder Business-Transformationsprojekten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
