  • Strategische und konzeptionelle Beratung nationaler und internationaler Kunden im Bereich SAP HCM PY und/oder PT
  • Konzeption von HCM Lösungen im Rahmen von HR Transformationsprojekten
  • Projekt-oder Teilprojektleitung im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen Inhalte und Beratungsinstrumente unsere bestehenden SAP HCM Dienstleistungen
  • Übernahme von verantwortungsvollen Rollen im Bereich Sales und Pre-Sales

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld HR, HR-IT oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung im Umfeld SAP HCM
  • Kenntnisse im Umfeld SAP SuccessFactors ist ein Plus
  • Einen Studienabschluss mit wirtschaftlicher, technischer oder informationstechnologischer Ausrichtung
  • Spaß an der Kombination von technologischem Verständnis, strategischer Analyse und Umsetzungsarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations-und Moderationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch  Ihre Benefits:
