  • Beratung grosser, internationaler Kunden im Rahmen komplexer SAP CX, S/4 HANA Cust. Mgmt. oder SAP CRM Projekte
  • Erstellung von technischen Konzepten inkl. Systemintegration
  • Konfiguration und Entwicklung von Kunden-, Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen (u.a. SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Marketing, S/4 HANA Cust. Mgmt., SAP CRM)
  • Unterstützung von Akquise-Tätigkeiten sowie Themenentwicklung
  • (Teil-) Projektleitung in interdisziplinären und hochqualifizierten Teams
  • Beratung und Implementierung von SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)-Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung von Stammdatenprozessen und -strategien
  • Integration von SAP MDG in bestehende ERP-Systemlandschaften
  • Erhebung von Anforderungen und Erstellung funktionaler Konzepte
  • Technische Konfiguration und Customizing von SAP MDG
  • Schulung und Coaching von Kund:innen sowie Unterstützung im Change Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Entwicklung innovativer Datenmanagementlösungen

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als SAP MDG Consultant idealerweise mit zusätzlichem Wissen in anderen SAP-Modulen, S/4HANA und Fiori/UI-Technologien
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und Beratung von SAP MDG, inklusive SAP ERP, S/4HANA und Stammdatenprozessen
  • Erfahrung in allen Projektphasen, vorzugsweise in agilen Projekten (z. B. nach Scrum oder SAFe)
  • Vertraut mit SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Dokumentation, Testing), Jira/Confluence und gängigen Office-Tools
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Data Quality Management, Data Governance und MDM-Strategien
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
