Unser Kunde ist ein Schweizer SAP-Beratungsunternehmen mit über 150 Mitarbeitenden und Sitz im Kanton Zug. Das Unternehmen begleitet Kunden aus Industrie, Finanzwirtschaft, öffentlichem Sektor, Dienstleistung, Handel, Life Science und Energieversorgung bei der digitalen Transformation mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP S/4HANA, Private Cloud Hosting sowie SAP Integrated Business Planning zur Optimierung von Lieferketten.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Leitung und Unterstützung anspruchsvoller SAP-Transformationsprojekte im Produktionsumfeld mit Fokus auf Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA in der Private und Public Cloud
  • Durchführung von Fit-Gap-Analysen sowie Moderation von Workshops mit den Fachbereichen zur strukturierten Aufnahme von Anforderungen
  • Übersetzung komplexer fachlicher Anforderungen in tragfähige funktionale und technische Lösungskonzepte
  • Verantwortung für das vollständige Customizing im SAP PP-Modul inklusive Stammdatenmanagement, Materialbedarfsplanung, Kapazitätsplanung und Fertigungssteuerung
  • Entwicklung durchdachter und praxisnaher Lösungen auf Basis eines tiefen Prozessverständnisses, insbesondere im Umfeld von PP/DS in S/4HANA sowie bei der Integration von MES-Systemen
  • Sicherstellung einer durchgängigen prozessualen Integration mit angrenzenden SAP-Modulen wie MM, SD, QM und insbesondere CO

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige, praxiserprobte Beratungserfahrung im SAP PP Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der diskreten Fertigung wie Maschinen- und Anlagenbau oder Automotive
  • Erfahrung in komplexen Fertigungsszenarien wie Engineer-to-Order oder Variantenkonfiguration
  • Nachweisliche Begleitung von SAP Full-Lifecycle-Projekten von der Designphase bis zum Go-Live und anschließenden Support, idealerweise im S/4HANA Kontext
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der S/4HANA-Simplification-Ansätze im Bereich Manufacturing sowie sichere Anwendung von SAP Best Practices und SAP Activate
  • Routine im Einsatz von SAP Fiori Apps zur Unterstützung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse technischer Problemstellungen durch Debugging sowie zum Lesen und grundlegenden Verständnis von ABAP-Code
  • Erfahrung in der Spezifikation von RICEFW-Objekten wie Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms und Workflows
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse der SAP Business Technology Platform sowie Integrationswissen in SAP EWM oder SAP QM von Vorteil
