Aufgabengebiet:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Warehouse System Management Teams
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung der Lager- und Intralogistikprozesse über mehrere Standorte
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für Warehouse- und Intralogistikprozesse vom Wareneingang bis zur Auslieferung
  • Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Prozess- und Systemlandschaft über alle Standorte
  • Weiterentwicklung der standortübergreifenden Warehouse- und Logistikstrategie
  • Analyse von Materialflüssen, Kapazitäten, Engpässen und zukünftigen Wachstumsanforderungen
  • Verantwortung für die systemische Abbildung der Lagerprozesse in SAP WM/EWM
  • Steuerung von Initiativen, Projekten und strategischen Systemvorhaben
  • Optimierung von Lagerstrukturen, Layouts, Materialflüssen und operativen Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Supply Chain und weiteren internen Stakeholdern

Dein Profil:

  • Studium in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Warehouse Management und Intralogistik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP WM/EWM, idealerweise SAP S/4HANA EWM
  • Erfahrung mit Prozessstandardisierung und Harmonisierung über mehrere Standorte
  • Führungserfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Lagerstrukturen, Materialflüssen und Logistikprozessen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
