Tem vivência ponta a ponta em Atração & Seleção e gosta de atuar com múltiplos perfis e stakeholders?Estamos em busca de uma pessoa recrutadora para somar ao nosso time, com atuação 100% presencial na região da Berrini (São Paulo/SP).Responsabilidades e atribuições 💡 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:Gerenciar todo o fluxo do processo seletivo (end-to-end), desde o alinhamento de perfil com os requisitantes até a fase final de admissão;Realizar a gestão direta e contínua do relacionamento com gestores e requisitantes;Utilizar ferramentas e ecossistemas de R&S como Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter e Catho para atração e triagem de candidatos;Conduzir e auxiliar em entrevistas em inglês, além de elaborar relatórios e status do pipeline no idioma;Atuar no recrutamento de perfis variados (técnicos, comerciais e administrativos).

Informações adicionais📋 O que buscamos:Experiência prévia: Mínimo de 3 anos de atuação sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção ponta a ponta (até a entrega para admissão);Idioma: Inglês Avançado/Fluente (imprescindível para condução/suporte em entrevistas, report de status e alinhamentos diários);Ferramentas: Domínio prático e experiência comprovada nas plataformas Gupy, LinkedIn e Catho;Formação: Ensino Superior Completo em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Habilidades: Excelente organização, proatividade, boa capacidade de negociação e forte comunicação interpessoal.⭐ Diferenciais:Experiência prévia no segmento de Telecomunicações (conhecimento das especificidades de vagas técnicas, comerciais e administrativas);Vivência anterior em empresas chinesas ou multinacionais de cultura similar;Bagagem profissional vinda de agências de recrutamento ou consultorias de R&S.
