Sobre a vaga:

Você fará parte do time de Recrutamento e Seleção, formado pela coordenação e três analistas. A atuação será principalmente em processos seletivos para posições de tecnologia, com apoio nas demais frentes da área, como onboarding, offboarding, marca empregadora e experiência do candidato e colaborador.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta para posições de tecnologia, da divulgação ao fechamento da vaga.
  • Fazer hunting e mapeamento de perfis técnicos, como desenvolvimento, cloud, infraestrutura e segurança, usando banco de talentos, plataformas e redes sociais.
  • Fazer triagem curricular e entrevistas por competências, e aplicar testes situacionais, profiler (DISC) e outras ferramentas adequadas a cada vaga.
  • Dar devolutivas aos candidatos em todas as etapas do processo.
  • Acompanhar os indicadores de R&S.
  • Apoiar as atividades de onboarding e offboarding, incluindo as entrevistas de experiência.
  • Apoiar ações de marca empregadora e de experiência do candidato.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Psicologia, Gestão de RH, Administração ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência com recrutamento e seleção, preferencialmente de perfis de tecnologia.
  • Vivência em hunting e entrevistas por competências.
  • Desejável experiência com LinkedIn Recruiter e plataformas de ATS.
  • Desejável experiência com DISC ou outras ferramentas de assessment.
  • Desejável uso de ferramentas de IA no recrutamento.
