Nossa área de Pessoas & Cultura (P&C) vive um momento de forte evolução, e buscamos um(a) Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção Pleno para atuar como parceiro(a) consultivo(a) dos gestores na atração e seleção de talentos, garantindo contratações rápidas, assertivas e alinhadas à cultura True.

Aqui, você terá contato direto com gestores e lideranças de diversas áreas, interagindo com o time de P&C, fornecedores e consultorias de recrutamento, em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado a resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta para posições administrativas, especialistas e de liderança: alinhamento do perfil com o gestor, divulgação, sourcing ativo, triagem, entrevistas por competências, aplicação de testes, devolutivas e proposta;
  • Fazer o alinhamento de perfil (intake) com o gestor, questionando requisitos e trazendo dados de mercado, como disponibilidade de talentos, faixa salarial e prazo realista;
  • Organizar e facilitar a Sabatina de Desafio Técnico nas vagas gerenciais, apoiando o gestor na construção do caso, conduzindo a sessão e consolidando as notas da rubrica;
  • Gerir o funil e os indicadores de recrutamento (time to hire, qualidade da contratação, taxa de aceite, fonte de contratação e % de vagas preenchidas internamente), com relatórios periódicos para P&C;
  • Estruturar o recrutamento interno e o banco de talentos, apoiando o mapeamento de posições críticas e o pipeline de sucessão;
  • Gerir fornecedores e consultorias de recrutamento, incluindo a contratação terceirizada da fábrica de Aracruz: briefing, SLA, qualidade das indicações e custos;
  • Garantir uma experiência de candidato coerente com a marca empregadora, com comunicação clara, devolutiva a todos os participantes e presença ativa no LinkedIn, Glassdoor e demais canais;
  • Fazer a passagem para o onboarding, garantindo que a pessoa contratada chegue bem integrada à área;
  • Agir com autonomia em vagas críticas sem candidatos aderentes, revendo o perfil com o gestor, mudando a estratégia de sourcing ou propondo alternativas (interno, consultoria).

Requisitos e qualificações:

Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência em recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta, incluindo posições de liderança e especialistas.

Vivência com entrevistas por competências, sourcing ativo e gestão de indicadores de recrutamento.

Conhecimento de Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, e de ferramentas de ATS e LinkedIn Recruiter.

Postura consultiva, organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.

Experiência em indústria, saúde, suplementação ou varejo, e em gestão de fornecedores de recrutamento, são diferenciais.
