Für unser Büro in Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort in Voll- oder Teilzeit eine Rechtsanwältin oder einen Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung für den Bereich Corporate, M&A.

Was Du bei uns machst

  • Du berätst gemeinsam im Team Unternehmen, Investoren und Unternehmer bei nationalen und grenzüberschreitenden M&A, Private Equity und Venture Capital Transaktionen
  • Daneben berätst Du unsere Mandant:innen zu gesellschaftsrechtlichen Themen, wie z.B. zu der Gründung und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Strukturierung von Unternehmen, Beteiligungen und Joint Ventures und zu Fragen der Corporate Governance

Was Du mitbringst

  • Überdurchschnittliche Ergebnisse in Deinen Staatsexamina und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber und Interesse an KI-gestützten Tools
  • Teamspirit, einschlägige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, in der Verhandlungsführung und in der Vertragsgestaltung
  • Last but not least: Freude daran, Dich und Dein Können für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg einzubringen
