Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Wissenschaftliche:n Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) Corporate Law / Gesellschaftsrecht / Litigation für unser Büro in Berlin.

Was Du bei uns machst

  • Mitarbeit an gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Corporate-Mandaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Wirtschaftsstreitigkeiten sowie nationalen und internationalen Gerichts- und Schiedsverfahren
  • Durchführung juristischer Recherchen im Gesellschafts-, Wirtschafts- und Prozessrecht
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Schriftsätzen, Gutachten, Stellungnahmen und Mandanteninformationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen, Gerichtsverfahren und Schiedsverfahren

Was Du mitbringst

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes erstes Staatsexamen
  • Interesse am Gesellschaftsrecht, Corporate Law, Wirtschaftsrecht oder der Prozessführung
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei oder Rechtsabteilung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und an der Bearbeitung komplexer wirtschaftsrechtlicher Fragestellungen
