Wir suchen ab sofort eine Werkstudent:in zur Unterstützung unseres Assistenz Teams in Hamburg für bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Was Du bei uns machst

  • Du bist eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für unsere Anwält:innen und unterstützt bei organisatorischen Themen im Kanzleialltag.
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben rund um die Verwaltung und Organisation von Dokumenten und Unterlagen.
  • Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Dienstreisen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung allgemeiner Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du studierst BWL oder Jura und hast die ersten Semester bereits erfolgreich absolviert
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrung (z.B. als Praktikant:in oder Werkstudent:in) im organisatorischen Bereich gesammelt
  • Du bist geübt im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Powerpoint, Word und Excel)
  • Du bringst gute Englisch Kenntnisse mit
  • Last but not least: Du hast Freude daran, Dich und Dein Können für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg einzubringen
