Klaar voor de volgende stap als online marketeer? Als performance strategist interpreteer je de vraag van de klant en vertaalt deze in een solide strategie t.b.v. briefing richting specialisten. Je bent de brug tussen strategie en digital, rapporteert aan klanten en denkt mee over marketing plannen op korte en langere termijn voor het behalen van het maximale resultaat. Van sturen op financiële KPI’s word je vrolijk maar je begrijpt wat bereik, engagement en TOMA voor een merk kan betekenen. Je doet alles wat nodig is om de resultaten van de klant inzichtelijk te maken en te verbeteren. Je bent data-analytisch sterk en je kunt je vinden in de filosofie; “mooi is leuk, maar effectief is beter”. Je daagt specialisten uit op rapportages en leidt interne/externe sessies over het maximaliseren van het rendement van klanten. Je kunt schakelen met de ondernemer, specialist of marketingmanager en je kunt complexe materie begrijpelijk maken zodat iedereen dezelfde taal spreekt.

JIJ…

  • Hebt een opleiding op HBO-/WO-niveau
  • Hebt minimaal 3 jaar gewerkt als specialist
  • Hebt ervaring in het ontwikkelen van plannen o.b.v. budget en doelstellingen
  • Bent online georiënteerd maar begrijpt offline media
  • Bent in staat resultaten te monitoren en weet hoe deze bij te sturen als dit nodig is
  • Bent in staat strategische onderbouwing o.b.v. insights te bieden
  • Neemt de klant in begrijpbare taal mee door jouw visie op zijn uitdaging(en)
  • Begrijpt data en weet dit ter onderbouwing van ideeën in te zetten
  • Kent tools als Analytics en Tagmanager door en door en weet nieuwe tools snel te toe te voegen aan je skillset
  • Bent eerder generalist dan specialist
  • Begrijpt de verschillende kanalen en methodieken binnen het online marketing landschap
