Als Stagiair Performance Marketing draai je mee in een van onze squads: een team van performance marketers die samen campagnes opzetten, opvolgen en optimaliseren voor onze klanten. Je leert stap voor stap hoe een performance campagne in elkaar zit, van eerste opzet tot data-analyse.

Geen stage waarbij je je vastpint op één kanaal. Je proeft van verschillende disciplines binnen digital marketing en ontdekt zo waar jouw interesse en talent het best tot hun recht komen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je draait mee in je squad en leert de kneepjes van performance marketing in de praktijk. Afhankelijk van de projecten binnen je squad, maak je kennis met:

  • SEA: mee opzetten en opvolgen van zoekmachineadvertenties, bijvoorbeeld via Google Ads.
  • SEO: meedenken over hoe content en websites beter vindbaar worden.
  • Social advertising: campagnes helpen opbouwen en optimaliseren op kanalen zoals Meta en LinkedIn.
  • AI in marketing: kennismaken met AI-tools die het team gebruikt om sneller en slimmer te werken.
  • Data & rapportage: mee opvolgen van campagneresultaten in tools zoals GA4 en dashboards, en die vertalen naar concrete inzichten.
  • Samenwerking binnen je squad: nauw samenwerken met je team en meedenken over nieuwe ideeën en experimenten.

Je takenpakket groeit mee met je stage. Hoe meer je bijleert, hoe meer verantwoordelijkheid je krijgt binnen je squad.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met goesting om performance marketing in de praktijk te leren kennen.

Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn in SEA, SEO, social advertising of AI, daarvoor doe je tenslotte stage. We vinden het belangrijker dat je nieuwsgierig bent en snel nieuwe dingen wilt oppikken.

Idealiter herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je volgt een relevante bachelor- of masteropleiding in marketing, digital, business of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitale kanalen zoals Google, Meta en LinkedIn, en in wat AI daarin kan betekenen.
  • Je denkt graag analytisch en vindt het leuk om data te vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Je durft vragen te stellen, initiatief te nemen en ideeën aan te brengen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en/of Engels. Frans is een plus.
