Als (senior) Project Manager binnen Fightclub ben je een zelfstandige marketing professional. Je draait je hand er niet voor om om verschillende projecten binnen het marketing spectrum tegelijkertijd te draaien en kunt naadloos overschakelen tussen TVC's, SEO trajecten, merkarchitecturen, mediaplannen, rebranding trajecten, abri's en social content strategieën.

Je kunt goed luisteren naar de klant en advies geven over de inhoud, scope en planning van projecten. Je weet dit advies om te zetten in een overzichtelijk plan van aanpak waarbij je de begroting opzet, het projectteam samenstelt en de planning uitwerkt en afstemt met traffic. Je kunt het projectteam bestaande uit strategen, creatieven en online marketeers feilloos aansturen, de voortgang van het project perfect monitoren en bent een ster in het anticiperen op eventuele uitdagingen. Hierbij verlies je uiteraard nooit de stip op de horizon uit het oog. Je bent communicatief vaardig en hebt er geen moeite mee om stakeholders, zowel intern als extern, te overtuigen en mee te nemen in de voortgang van het project. Bijbehorende meetings plan je wanneer deze nodig zijn, je zorgt dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment aan tafel zitten en de agenda hiervoor heb je altijd tiptop voorbereid. Projecten opleveren en afronden doe jij altijd volgens de afspraken omtrent budget, scope en planning.

JIJ...

  • Hebt minimaal 3 jaar bureau-ervaring als Project Manager;
  • Bent een gedreven, zelfstandige marketing professional;
  • Acteert op HBO/WO niveau;
  • Bent accuraat, commercieel en flexibel;
  • Bent op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen en trends in reclame, digital en platforms;
  • Bent communicatief sterk en beheerst zowel het Nederlands als Engels uitstekend in woord en geschrift;
  • Hebt een winnaarsmentaliteit en doet er alles aan om het maximale resultaat te behalen.
