Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista Comercial de Granos Senior para sumarse a un equipo comercial en pleno crecimiento, con un rol clave en la gestión y fidelización de cartera, acompañando a productores en la toma de decisiones y generando oportunidades de negocio.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Gestionar y fidelizar una cartera de clientes, fortaleciendo vínculos comerciales y potenciando el crecimiento de la cartera.
  • Ejecutar el proceso comercial del negocio de Granos y brindar atención y acompañamiento a productores en operaciones de canje.
  • Analizar la posición comercial de cada cuenta y el contexto de mercado que impacte en los precios.
  • Realizar cross-selling estratégico con Mercado de Capitales, identificando necesidades no cubiertas en la cartera actual.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en los servicios brindados y colaborar en proyectos de innovación y digitalización del área.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en el Mercado de Granos, visión estratégica de cuentas y marcada orientación al cliente. Valoramos excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, y capacidad para construir vínculos comerciales de largo plazo.

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a de Agronegocios, Ingeniería Agronómica o Ciencias Económicas.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Manejo intermedio de planillas de cálculo (Google Sheets).

Será valorado contar con:

  • Certificación como Operador de Mercado de Granos.
  • Conocimientos de análisis fundamental y técnico de granos.
  • Conocimiento del mercado granario (liquidación, impuestos, facturación), futuros y opciones, y funcionamiento del mercado a término.
  • Nociones del mercado de capitales.
