📝 ¿QUÉ DESAFÍOS TE ESPERAN?

  • Seguir el desempeño de cada lote a través de visitas técnicas por ciclo y del seguimiento de indicadores entre visitas.
  • Relevar y dar seguimiento técnico a la planta de alimento balanceado del asociado.
  • Evaluar y mejorar las condiciones de bioseguridad y ambiente.
  • Relevar y analizar la información técnica y productiva de cada lote, detectar desvíos y dar seguimiento a las acciones definidas.
  • Acompañar técnicamente los proyectos de ampliación de los asociados.

Requisitos

👤 ¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

  • Formación de Médico/a Veterinario/a, Ingeniero/a Agrónomo/a o Zootecnista o técnico/a con trayectoria comprobable en producción porcina intensiva
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en producción porcina intensiva, preferentemente en engorde.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (establecimientos en la zona de influencia de Rosario) y licencia de conducir vigente

TAMBIÉN VALORAMOS::

  • Conocimiento de planta de alimento balanceado (molienda, calibración, control de fórmula e inventarios).
  • Nociones de electricidad industrial suficientes para detectar riesgo, manejo de efluentes y criterio de diseño para acompañar ampliaciones.
  • Haber trabajado dentro de una granja porcina
