Firme drh recrute un(e) Technicien(ne) en évaluation d’équipements et de machinerie pour son partenaire Consultants en évaluation Bélanger, une entreprise de Montréal spécialisée en évaluation industrielle/commerciale/institutionnelle, de machinerie et d'équipements avant ou après sinistre auprès des assureurs. Elle offre un service de qualité et bénéficie d'une excellente réputation dans son domaine! Ce qui vous attend: Salaire jusqu'à 65 000$; Assurances collectives payées à 50%; 3 jours de congé payés par année (2 de plus que ceux offerts par la CNESST); Horaire flexible; Télétravail offert (hybride); Cellulaire et ordinateur portable fournis; Frais de déplacement remboursés par l'employeur. Vos principales responsabilités seront: Effectuer la visite des lieux du sinistre avec le client; Établir l'inventaire des équipements sinistrés; Rechercher la valeur de remplacement des équipements; Rédiger des rapports d’évaluation complets pour les assureurs. Exigences Expérience pertinente en gestion de clientèle (en personne, sur la route); Expérience pertinente en rédaction de rapports, de dossiers ou de communications professionnelles; Ne pas avoir peur de se salir (sinistres) et être en bonne forme physique; Très bonne maîtrise de Excel, Word et Outlook; Maîtrise avancée du français oral et écrit; Excellentes habiletés rédactionnelles; Expérience en évaluation d'équipements/machineries après sinistre, en estimation après sinistre ou estimation en dommage au bâtiment (atout); DEC en évaluation et estimation de bâtiment ou en administration (un atout); Connaissance de l'anglais (atout); Autonomie, rigueur, excellente capacité à communiquer, empathie; Capacité à gérer son temps, sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités; Être disponible pour se déplacer régulièrement dans la province de Québec; Posséder une voiture et un permis de conduire valide.
