Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne engagée et motivée par un rôle polyvalent, combinant visites terrain et travail au bureau pour joindre leur équipe! Vos principales responsabilités seront : Réaliser des évaluations immobilières pour divers types de biens (résidentiels, multi logements, commerciaux, industriels); Préparer des rapports d'évaluation détaillés et conformes aux normes en vigueur; Collaborer avec les clients pour recueillir les informations nécessaires; Présenter, expliquer et défendre les dossiers vérifiés auprès des clients; Effectuer des recherches sur le marché immobilier et analyser les tendances. Profil Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en évaluation immobilière résidentielle et/ou commerciale; Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec (OEAQ); Excellentes compétences en communication et en rédaction de rapports; Excellente maîtrise de la suite office; Excellente maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit); Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe; Posséder un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide.
