Vos principales responsabilités seront : Le/la technicien(ne) juridique qui jouera un rôle central dans la gestion des dossiers et le suivi administratif des mandats confiés; Ouverture des dossiers (physiques et informatiques); Recherche rédaction et préparation des documents; Préparation des actes technologiques et des rencontres virtuelles; Suivis avec les différents intervenants; Recherches testamentaires; Accueil des clients et planification des rendez-vous; Publication des actes au registre foncier; Suivis avec les institutions financières (quittances et mains levées); Fermeture et archivage des dossiers. Profil DEP en secrétariat ou DEC en techniques juridiques ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée; Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en étude notariale; Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit); Bonne connaissance de l'environnement MS Office; Maîtrise du registre foncier, connaissance de ProCardex (un atout); Sens de l'organisation, minutie, rigueur; Grande autonomie, débrouillardise et sens des responsabilité; Aisance dans les interactions avec la clientèle et souci d’offrir un service de qualité.
