What you will be doing

  • Communicate effectively with the team and share best practices.
  • Train team members on procedures, tools, and strategies.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and stand-up meetings.
  • Monitor team progress and support the team in overcoming barriers.
  • Develop and maintain process standards.
  • Identify team training needs and provide appropriate training.
  • Support the team with dependency- and process-related queries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer navigation and operation skills
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
