O této pozici

Jako Associate Specialist, Customer Service budete zajišťovat správnou manipulaci, skladování, přípravu a zásobování tiskovými materiály používanými ve výrobě. Budete dbát na správné označení a evidenci materiálů a na jejich včasné dodání k příslušným výrobním zařízením. Úzkou spoluprací s obsluhou strojů a výrobními týmy podpoříte plynulou výrobu, přesnost zásob a dodržování stanovených postupů kvality, bezpečnosti a provozu.

Vaše hlavní odpovědnosti

  • Přebírat, identifikovat, kontrolovat a skladovat tiskové materiály na určených místech a udržovat skladovací prostory čisté a uspořádané.
  • Připravovat materiály podle výrobních zakázek a specifikací, ověřovat jejich typ, formát a označení a včas je doplňovat k tiskovým strojům.
  • Koordinovat dostupnost materiálu s obsluhou strojů, vracet nepoužitý materiál na určená místa a sledovat spotřebu, odpad a nesrovnalosti.
  • Zaznamenávat pohyby, spotřebu, vratky a odpad v příslušných systémech, podporovat inventury a udržovat přesnou dohledatelnost materiálů.
  • Hlásit poškozené materiály, nedostatky a rozdíly v zásobách a dodržovat interní postupy pro rotaci zásob, kvalitu a bezpečnost.

Co požadujeme

Požadovaná kvalifikace

  • Dobré organizační schopnosti, pečlivost a schopnost správně určovat priority.
  • Schopnost řídit se pracovními pokyny a zavedenými provozními, kvalitativními a bezpečnostními postupy.
  • Základní počítačové dovednosti a schopnost pracovat se skladovými nebo výrobními systémy.
  • Dobré komunikační dovednosti a schopnost účinně spolupracovat v týmu.
  • Spolehlivý, odpovědný a aktivní přístup ke každodenním úkolům.

Preferovaná kvalifikace

  • Předchozí zkušenost z výroby, tisku, skladu nebo manipulace s materiálem.
  • Základní znalost tiskových materiálů a výrobních procesů.
  • Zkušenost s kontrolou zásob, dohledatelností materiálu nebo snižováním odpadu.
