O této pozici

Jako Card Personalization Machine Operator budete obsluhovat a sledovat výrobní zařízení používaná k personalizaci platebních karet. Budete zajišťovat přesné kódování a tisk, provádět kontroly kvality a podporovat efektivní výrobní provoz. Při práci budete dodržovat stanovené provozní, bezpečnostní a kvalitativní postupy a požadavky na ochranu dat.

Vaše hlavní odpovědnosti

  • Obsluhovat a sledovat zařízení a výrobní linky pro personalizaci platebních karet, včetně nastavení, nakládání materiálu a základních úprav.
  • Zajišťovat přesnou personalizaci karet, včetně kódování dat, tisku a souvisejících výrobních kroků.
  • Provádět kontroly kvality, sledovat výrobní výstupy a hlásit vady, poruchy zařízení nebo odchylky procesu.
  • Provádět běžné čištění a základní údržbu zařízení a vést přesné výrobní záznamy.
  • Bezpečně nakládat s platebními kartami a citlivými zákaznickými údaji a spolupracovat s kolegy, techniky a vedoucími na plnění výrobních cílů.

Požadovaná kvalifikace

  • Technické schopnosti a způsobilost obsluhovat výrobní stroje.
  • Pečlivost a důsledné zaměření na kvalitu.
  • Schopnost řídit se pracovními pokyny, bezpečnostními postupy a požadavky na ochranu dat.
  • Základní počítačové dovednosti.
  • Schopnost pracovat samostatně i v týmu a ochota pracovat na směny, pokud je to potřeba.

Preferovaná kvalifikace

  • Předchozí zkušenost z výrobního nebo produkčního prostředí.
  • Zkušenost s obsluhou, základním nastavováním nebo čištěním výrobních zařízení.
  • Zkušenost s kontrolou kvality nebo vedením výrobní dokumentace.
