Wil jij als ANIOS psychiatrie werken met een complexe doelgroep en ervaring opdoen binnen de forensische psychiatrie? Op de FPA in Utrecht krijg je de ruimte om jouw medische kennis in te zetten, jezelf te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan een veiligere samenleving.

Dit ga jij doen

Als ANIOS forensische psychiatrie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de somatische én psychiatrische zorg van patiënten. Iedere dag stel je jezelf de vraag: wat heeft deze patiënt nodig en hoe kunnen we de best mogelijke medisch-psychiatrische zorg bieden?

Je werkt nauw samen met psychiaters en andere disciplines binnen het behandelteam. In complexe situaties overleg je met de psychiater en kom je samen tot passende beslissingen.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • somatische en psychiatrische zorg bieden aan patiënten;
  • medische situaties beoordelen en passende beslissingen nemen;
  • samenwerken met psychiaters en andere behandelaren;
  • jouw medische kennis inzetten binnen een complexe en dynamische behandelomgeving;
  • bijdragen aan goede zorg en een veiligere samenleving.

Hier kom jij te werken

Je werkt op de Forensisch Psychiatrische Afdeling (FPA) Utrecht. Hier behandelen we patiënten met een strafrechtelijke titel. Ook patiënten zonder strafrechtelijke titel die een risico vormen voor anderen kunnen binnen deze beveiligde setting worden behandeld.

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Collega’s zijn veerkrachtig, spreken elkaar aan en werken samen aan hetzelfde doel: patiënten behandelen en begeleiden op een manier die bijdraagt aan een veiligere samenleving.

De doelgroep is complex en het werk is dynamisch. Dat vraagt om professionals die stevig staan, goed kunnen schakelen en samen met collega’s zoeken naar wat een patiënt nodig heeft.

Dit ben jij

Je bent een basisarts met een BIG-registratie. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, kunt snel schakelen en durft beslissingen te nemen. Tegelijkertijd weet je wanneer je de psychiater of een collega inschakelt.

Verder:

  • heb je een goed gevoel voor het werken met onze doelgroep;
  • kun je in moeilijke situaties onder begeleiding van een psychiater doeltreffende beslissingen nemen;
  • beschik je over goed inschattingsvermogen;
  • ben je praktisch, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht;
  • heb je een positieve instelling;
  • werk je graag samen binnen een multidisciplinair team.

Deze ANIOS psychiatrie-functie is interessant als je je wilt voorbereiden op een opleiding tot psychiater of huisarts. Ook als je als afgestudeerd arts eerst ervaring en beroepsoriëntatie wilt opdoen, biedt deze functie volop mogelijkheden.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een contract volgens cao ggz voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Deze functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep:

  • FWG 65 met een maximaal salaris van €6918,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek.
