Zoek jij een vacature als planner waarin jouw werk direct bijdraagt aan goede zorg? Als planner bij Fivoor zorg je dat onze collega’s op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en werkt samen aan een goede personeelsplanning voor onze zorg.

Dit ga jij doen

Als planner werk je vanuit het centrale planbureau van Fivoor in Poortugaal. Je maakt de personeelsplanning voor jouw afdelingen en werkt nauw samen met de flexplanning en opleidingsplanning. Samen zorgen jullie voor een goede bezetting én goed opgeleide medewerkers.

Je werkt in een klein planteam en bent tegelijkertijd onderdeel van het centrale planbureau. Je houdt rekening met de belangen van de afdeling, de organisatie en je collega’s. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en zoekt samen naar praktische oplossingen.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • kwalitatieve en kostenbewuste roosters maken in Ortec;
  • open diensten oplossen en de formatie bewaken;
  • prognoses maken en knelpunten in de personeelsplanning vroeg signaleren;
  • teammanagers adviseren over planning, formatie en veranderingen in de zorgvraag;
  • samenwerken met vaste collega’s uit de 24-uurszorg en de flexpool;
  • meedenken over structurele verbeteringen in de personeelsplanning.

Om de week neem je deel aan het grote planoverleg. Hier komen de verschillende onderdelen van de planning samen. Je bespreekt uitdagingen, deelt kennis en zoekt samen met collega’s naar oplossingen.

Hier kom jij te werken

Je werkt op het centrale planbureau van Fivoor in Poortugaal. Je maakt deel uit van een gedreven team dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de personele bezetting aansluit bij wat onze zorg nodig heeft.

Je werkt zelfstandig binnen jouw aandachtsgebied, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op. Er is ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en om jouw kennis en ambities verder te ontwikkelen. Naast hard werken is er ook aandacht voor contact en gezelligheid binnen het team.

Deze vacature voor planner is voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. Samen bespreken we welke uren het beste bij jou passen.

Dit ben jij

Je houdt van puzzelen, ziet snel verbanden en blijft rustig wanneer de planning verandert. Je neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen. Ook kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende belangen en weet je duidelijk te communiceren.

Verder:

  • heb je minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding en bij voorkeur een bedrijfsmatige, logistieke en/of economische achtergrond;
  • heb je ervaring als personeelsplanner, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg;
  • heb je ervaring met planningssystemen;
  • ken je de cao ggz, Arbeidstijdenwet en relevante regelgeving of maak je je deze snel eigen;
  • ben je analytisch, oplossingsgericht en sterk in het leggen van verbanden;
  • neem je graag het voortouw bij het verbeteren van personeels- en planningsprocessen;
  • ben je 32 tot 36 uur per week beschikbaar.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een jaarcontract volgens cao ggz. Deze functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep:

  • FWG 45 met een maximaal salaris van €4273,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek.
