Geef richting aan behandeling, veiligheid en ontwikkeling op een sociaal-therapeutische afdeling binnen de tbs-kliniek. Op afdeling Zirkoon van FPC de Kijvelanden zorg jij als coördinerend sociotherapeut voor een stabiel en behandelgericht leefklimaat. In deze functie van coördinator afdelingsmilieu (CAM) coach je collega's, bewaak je de dagelijkse gang van zaken en ondersteun je patiënten in hun ontwikkeling richting een veilige terugkeer in de samenleving.

Dit ga jij doen

Als coördinator afdelingsmilieu vervul je een sleutelrol binnen het behandelmilieu van afdeling Zirkoon. Je houdt overzicht, brengt structuur aan en ondersteunt collega's bij complexe situaties. Samen met het multidisciplinaire behandelteam werk je dagelijks aan een veilig leef- en behandelklimaat waarin patiënten stappen zetten richting resocialisatie.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

  • het bouwen, bewaken en verbeteren van het behandel- en leefklimaat op de afdeling;
  • het begeleiden en coachen van sociotherapeuten in de dagelijkse praktijk;
  • het signaleren van risico's, spanningen en veranderingen binnen de groep;
  • het bewaken van structuur, veiligheid en een voorspelbaar dagprogramma;
  • het ondersteunen van collega's bij complexe casuïstiek en groepsdynamische vraagstukken;
  • het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, collega's en behandelaren;
  • het samenwerken met het hoofd behandeling en de teammanagers over de kwaliteit van zorg en het afdelingsmilieu.

Hier kom jij te werken

Je gaat aan de slag bij FPC de Kijvelanden in Poortugaal: een hoogbeveiligde tbs-kliniek waar we patiënten met complexe forensisch-psychiatrische problematiek behandelen.

Zirkoon is een supportieve afdeling binnen onze tbs-kliniek in Poortugaal. Hier behandelen we patiënten met een LVB in combinatie met complexe forensisch-psychiatrische stoornissen. Op de afdeling staat rust, veiligheid en voorspelbaarheid centraal. Jij draagt eraan bij dat patiënten zich gezien voelen en dat collega’s stevig en met vertrouwen kunnen werken.

Het team is hecht, professioneel en gericht op samenwerking. We zien ons werk als topsport én teamsport: we vullen elkaar aan, delen kennis en bouwen dagelijks aan een stabiel en positief leefklimaat.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Social Work, Verpleegkunde of Toegepaste Psychologie.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen de forensische psychiatrie of acute psychiatrie.
  • Je hebt kennis van psychiatrische ziektebeelden, ontwikkelingsstoornissen en groepsdynamiek.
  • Je beschikt over coachende vaardigheden en ervaring met het begeleiden van collega's.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de hulpverlening en affiniteit met complexe doelgroepen.

Dit krijg jij van ons

  • Een salaris volgens FWG 50 van de cao ggz met een maximum van € 4.719 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur, exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslag (ORT).
  • Een maandelijkse CAM-toeslag van 5% die hoort bij de functie van coördinator afdelingsmilieu.
  • Een contract voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
