A Fixtell Nordeste busca um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para atuar como responsável pelos processos de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho da empresa, garantindo conformidade legal, prevenção de acidentes e fortalecimento da cultura de segurança em nossas operações de telecomunicações.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir as atividades de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho da empresa, assegurando o atendimento à legislação vigente.
  • Acompanhar, revisar e manter atualizados os programas legais de SST, incluindo PGR, PCMSO, GRO (NR-01) e demais requisitos aplicáveis.
  • Controlar e acompanhar exames ocupacionais, ASOs e demais documentações relacionadas à saúde ocupacional.
  • Realizar inspeções de segurança em campo e nas unidades da empresa, identificando riscos e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Ministrar treinamentos, integrações de segurança, DDS e ações de conscientização.
  • Investigar acidentes, incidentes e desvios, elaborando relatórios e planos de ação.
  • Controlar treinamentos obrigatórios, certificações, EPIs e documentações legais da área.
  • Atuar como referência interna para assuntos relacionados à Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho.
  • Apoiar auditorias, fiscalizações e processos relacionados ao eSocial SST.
  • Promover a evolução contínua dos processos e da cultura de segurança da organização.

Requisitos

  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído.
  • Registro profissional ativo.
  • Conhecimento sólido das Normas Regulamentadoras, especialmente NR-01, NR-10 e NR-35.
  • Experiência com gestão de programas de SST, saúde ocupacional e documentação legal.
  • Capacidade de planejamento, organização e condução de processos com autonomia.
