fleetster macht Flottenmanagement und Carsharing einfach: Unsere Cloud-Software hat über 100.000 User in 28 Ländern. Als Sales Coordinator bist du fester Teil unseres kleinen Sales-Teams in München. Du organisierst Kundentermine, bereitest Gespräche vor und sorgst dafür, dass in unseren Deals nichts liegen bleibt. Dabei arbeitest du täglich mit unseren in-house gebauten KI-Automatisierungen, die dir Routinearbeit abnehmen und dir mehr Zeit für das Wesentliche geben.

Deine Challenge

  • Du telefonierst mit früheren und neuen Kontakten und vereinbarst Termine für unsere Account Executives (AEs)
  • Du koordinierst Termine zwischen Interessenten in unserer Pipeline und dem Sales-Team
  • Du recherchierst potenzielle Kunden und bereitest mit unseren KI-Tools Demos und individuelle Präsentationen vor
  • Du erstellst gemeinsam mit den AEs Closing-Pläne und Mutual Action Plans
  • Du hältst unser CRM (Pipedrive) jederzeit sauber und aktuell
  • Du fütterst unsere KI-Automatisierungen mit den richtigen Informationen und bringst Ideen ein, wie wir Abläufe weiter verbessern

Damit verstärkst du das Team

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Front Office, in der Terminkoordination oder in der Assistenz, z. B. in Hotellerie, Eventmanagement, Arztpraxis oder Kundenservice
  • Du bist zuverlässig, strukturiert und packst mit an: Was du zusagst, passiert
  • Du greifst gern zum Telefon und bleibst auch nach einem „Nein“ freundlich und motiviert
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit digitalen Tools, nutzt KI schon heute gern im Alltag und siehst sofort, wo sie dir die Arbeit leichter macht
  • Du kommunizierst klar und sympathisch: Deutsch sprichst du auf Muttersprachniveau, Englisch sehr gut
