Die 3C Deutschland GmbH mit Sitz in Heilbronn entwickelt eine digitale Plattform für das Schadenmanagement und vernetzt Versicherungen mit Dienstleistern und Handwerksbetrieben im gesamten DACH-Raum. Seit 2025 gehören wir zum Portfolio von FLEX Capital und befinden uns in einer spannenden Wachstumsphase, in der wir auch unsere internen Prozesse weiter digitalisieren.

Für ein kurzes, klar umrissenes Projekt suchen wir kurzfristig Unterstützung: Wir überführen unseren Vertragsbestand in das Vertragsmanagement-Tool. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Verträge vollständig, strukturiert und KI-gestützt auswertbar im System landen. Ein ideales Projekt, um praktische Erfahrung mit digitalem Vertragsmanagement und dem Einsatz von KI-Prompts zu sammeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Upload unserer bestehenden Verträge in System
  • Erstellung und Pflege der zugehörigen Prompts zur Auslese und Strukturierung der Vertragsinhalte
  • Strukturierte Hinterlegung der Vertragsdaten wie Laufzeiten, Kündigungsfristen und Vertragspartner im System
  • Prüfung der Ergebnisse auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit, damit eine saubere, nachvollziehbare und qualitativ hochwertige Datenbasis entsteht
  • Interne Abstimmung bzgl. notwendiger Datenfelder und strukturierter Auswertungen

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Jura, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sorgfältige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, auch im Remote-Setup
  • Gutes Verständnis für digitale Systeme und Freude daran, dich schnell in neue Tools einzuarbeiten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools oder im Schreiben von Prompts ist ein Plus
  • Diskretion und ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit vertraulichen Vertragsdokumenten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, um Vertragsinhalte sicher zu erfassen
  • Kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit für einen Zeitraum von 2 bis 3 Monate
