Als Sales Development Representative (all genders) bei lawpilots öffnest du Unternehmen die Tür zu einem Thema, das für alle relevant ist: Recht und Compliance verständlich gemacht. Du hast Outbound bereits im Blut und willst mit deiner Ansprache echten Impact bei den Menschen schaffen und Unternehmen sicherer machen? Genau das findest du bei uns als Business Development Representative (all genders).

Deine Aufgaben

  • In deiner Rolle als Sales Development Representative arbeitest Du direkt mit unserem Revenue Team zusammen.
  • Du qualifizierst Outbound-Leads und entwickelst sie zu echten Sales-Chancen weiter.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Ansprache potenzieller KundInnen per Cold Calling, Social Selling und anderen Kanälen.
  • Du erkennst schnell, an welchen Schnittpunkten Cadences verbessert werden können und achtest dabei auf Open Rates, Reply Rates, Interactions.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team arbeitest du an der Qualifizierung von Kampagnen, die gezielt auf strategisch ausgewählte Ziel-Accounts ausgerichtet sind.
  • Mit deinem Einsatz trägst du dazu bei, unsere KPIs zu erreichen.
  • Als Teil unseres Teams übernimmst du die Repräsentation von lawpilots auf relevanten Events und nutzt diese gezielt zur Leadgenerierung und Netzwerkpflege.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Legal-Tech-Umfeld, und hast schon starke Outbound Erfahrungen gesammelt.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits mit einem CRM-System gearbeitet.
  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen oder überzeugst mit entsprechender Berufspraxis.
  • Du arbeitest digital, strukturiert und kannst dich schnell in neue Tools einarbeiten.
  • Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark und liebst den Kundenkontakt auf Deutsch, gerne auch auf Englisch.
