Du liebst Marketing in seiner ganzen Bandbreite und willst nicht in einer einzigen Nische stecken bleiben? Dann ist das deine Rolle. Bei FLEX Capital gestaltest du als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) die Schnittstelle von Content, Social Media, Events und Kommunikation, mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Themen über die richtigen Kanäle sichtbar werden, und setzt unsere Marketingaktivitäten von A bis Z sauber um. Das Besondere: Du bist nicht auf einen Kanal festgelegt, sondern denkst Marketing ganzheitlich, von LinkedIn über Website und Podcast bis hin zu Events sowie Foto- und Videoproduktionen. Du arbeitest eigenständig, koordinierst interne und externe Stakeholder und übernimmst vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung für deine eigenen Themen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest unseren LinkedIn Company Account und entwickelst unsere Präsenz gemeinsam mit dem Team kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du koordinierst unsere externen Agenturen und Dienstleister rund um Design, Website, Events sowie Foto- und Videoproduktionen.
  • Du planst und organisierst Foto- und Videoshootings und stellst sicher, dass von der Vorbereitung bis zum finalen Content alles zusammenläuft.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Produktion unseres Podcasts und übernimmst perspektivisch immer mehr Verantwortung für Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung.
  • Du unterstützt hands-on bei der Planung und Durchführung unserer Events und packst auch vor Ort mit an.
  • Du koordinierst unsere Inhalte über LinkedIn, Website, Podcast und Events hinweg und sorgst für eine konsistente Kommunikation.
  • Du treibst deine Themen eigenständig voran, hältst Timings und Stakeholder zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir unser Marketing weiterentwickeln können.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing, zum Beispiel in Content Marketing, Social Media, Kommunikation oder Event Marketing.
  • Du bist ein echter Marketing-Generalist und hast Lust, unterschiedliche Themen und Kanäle zu verantworten, statt dich nur auf einen Bereich zu spezialisieren.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und eigenständig und hast Spaß daran, Themen von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung zu treiben.
  • Du bist offen für neue Tools und Technologien. Erfahrung mit AI-Tools wie ChatGPT oder Claude ist ein Plus.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1, idealerweise auf muttersprachlichem Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2).
