Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst unsere Compliance-Plattform als Full-Stack-Anwendung weiter – mit Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript und React.
  • Du gestaltest Features durchgängig: vom Datenmodell, Backend-Logik und APIs bis zu intuitiven Frontends.
  • Du integrierst AI-Funktionen, AI-Workflows, Agents und MCP-Tools sinnvoll in bestehende und neue Produktfunktionen.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkt- und Kundenlösungen mit.
  • Du bringst Deine Ideen in einem agilen, interdisziplinären Team aus Entwicklung, Architektur, UI/UX und DevOps ein.

Dein Profil

  • Ein gut bis sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Java, idealerweise mit Spring Boot, JPA und REST.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Frontend-Webentwicklung mit TypeScript und React.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken und SQL.
  • Interesse und praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI in der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung bei der Integration von AI-Funktionen in Softwareprodukte, beispielsweise mit AI-Workflows, Agents oder MCP-Tools.
  • Einen kundenorientierten, kommunikativen und engagierten Arbeitsstil.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und den Anspruch, gute Lösungen gemeinsam zu liefern.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau C1.
