Zur Verstärkung unseres Value-Creation-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Associate Value Creation (m/w/d) in Berlin oder München. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Deal-Team und Portfoliounternehmen und lernst so alle Facetten von Private Equity kennen: von der Due Diligence über die Wertsteigerung bis zum Exit. Gemeinsam mit den Geschäftsführungen erschließt Du neue Geschäftsfelder, entwickelst Partnermodelle und setzt Wachstumshebel um, nicht nur auf Folien, sondern im Unternehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest Value-Creation-Projekte in unseren Portfoliounternehmen von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung, z. B. neue Geschäftsfelder und Partnermodelle, Pricing & Packaging, Go-to-Market, Vertriebs- und Prozessautomatisierung oder AI-Use-Cases.
  • Du betreust mit Unterstützung erfahrener Kolleg:innen eine Gruppe von Portfoliounternehmen und bist Sparringspartner:in der Geschäftsführung.
  • Du bereitest Board Meetings, Portfolio Reviews und das Quarterly Reporting vor und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Investment-Team zusammen, von der Due Diligence über Add-on-Akquisitionen bis zur Exit-Vorbereitung.
  • Du entwickelst Best Practices und Playbooks, die sich auf weitere Portfoliounternehmen übertragen lassen.
  • Du leitest Analyst:innen und Praktikant:innen fachlich an.
  • Du bist regelmäßig vor Ort bei unseren Portfoliounternehmen (ca. 1–2 Tage pro Woche).

Dein Profil

  • Uns ist wichtiger, wie du arbeitest, als wo du warst: Du packst selbst mit an und bringst das Team voran.
  • 4–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon idealerweise 2–3 Jahre in einer führenden Strategie- oder Managementberatung (oder im Inhouse Consulting) und 1–2 Jahre in operativer Verantwortung bei einem Mittelständler oder Start-up.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du setzt Maßnahmen selbst um, statt sie nur zu empfehlen.
  • Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gern eng mit Geschäftsführungen, Kolleg:innen und Portfolio-Teams zusammen.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit Excel-Modellen und PowerPoint; Erfahrung mit Daten-, BI- oder KI-Tools ist ein Plus.
  • Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Informatik.
  • Interesse an Software- und Internetunternehmen; Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld ist ein Plus.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
