## Role Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Appointment Setter to schedule qualified appointments for our fitness programs and services. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, nurture interest, and ensure leads are connected with the right team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a positive, professional experience.

## Key Responsibilities - Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments with clarity and courtesy - Qualify leads based on program fit, goals, and availability, and document outcomes in the CRM - Coordinate and confirm appointment details, including date, time, location, and required materials - Remain responsive to inbound inquiries and follow up on no-shows or rescheduled appointments - Maintain accurate appointment calendars and reduce no-show rates through effective reminders - Communicate program offerings, pricing, and promotions in a clear, compliant manner - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front-desk teams to ensure a seamless prospect experience - Track key metrics (appointments set, show rate, conversion rate) and report trends for continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to optimize the appointment process and relay feedback to leadership

## Qualifications - Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, call center, or retail role preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone - Goal-oriented, with the ability to persevere in a high-volume environment - Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and standard office tools - Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations and calendars simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus

## Work Environment - Remote and/or on-site options available within a member-focused fitness setting - Regular daytime hours with potential for occasional evenings or weekends based on coverage - Collaborative team atmosphere that emphasizes member-centric service, data accuracy, and process improvement
