The posting

1.系统架构与选型设计： 负责整体硬件方案设计，方案选型与可行性评估；主导核心元器件（如微控制器MCU、高精度ADC、微型电机驱动器、DC-DC、传感阵列芯片等）的评估、选型与验证。 2.硬件开发： --独立完成硬件方案设计，输出sch，书写硬件设计，单板计算书，Change list，硬件技术需求等文档。 --达成高集成度空间下的信号完整性（SI）、电源完整性（PI）、电磁兼容（EMC）、散热等关键需求目标 --与其它团队协同，如机械设计、软件、layout、EMS等团队紧密合作，解决样机调试、试产及量产中的硬件问题 3.可靠性评估与测试： 搭建并维护硬件测试平台，制定严格的可靠性验证计划，主导环境适应性测试（高低温、振动、跌落）、电气应力测试（ESD、浪涌、过流保护）及疲劳寿命测试，输出专业的测试分析报告。

1.学历与经验： 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、微电子等相关专业，3年以上硬件开发经验 2.专业技能： --专业技能扎实，有丰富的硬件设计及独立分析解决问题的能力，深入了解电源，电机驱动，EMC等相关的硬件设计，熟悉电机控制机理。 --具备丰富的微弱信号处理、高精度ADC采集或柔性传感器硬件设计经验，能解决复杂空间下的信号采集、抗干扰及多传感器数据同步问题 --熟悉常见总线协议（SPI、I2C、CAN/CAN-FD、UART、EtherCAT等），有高性能 MCU（如 STM32H7/H5/TI C2000系列）硬件设计经验 --具备扎实的模拟/数字电路基础，熟练使用 AD等EDA工具 --熟悉硬件产品开发流程，具备硬件开发、测试等实际经验，了解嵌入式软件和硬件联合调试的方法和流程 --具有清晰表达及书写文档的能力，以确保团队之间交流通畅 --擅长组内及跨团队沟通及协调，协助团队达成目标 【加分项】 •拥有从概念设计到小批量量产的完整产品闭环经验 •在顶级学术会议（如 ICRA/IROS）发表过相关硬件成果或有知名机器人竞赛获奖经历 •熟悉触觉传感、力矩传感、柔性电子或微型机电系统（MEMS）传感器硬件实现路径者优先
