职位概述 主导硬件产品的设计、装配和关键零部件的选型等工作。 关键工作职责 1，负责产品设计开发，完成机器人部分硬件零部件的全流程设计开发（原理——概念原型——验证——工艺优化——生产落地）； 2，能够高效执行目前已经达成一致的设计方案，执行激进的计划； 3，具有优秀的行业视角，能够及时进行自身的知识体系迭代； 4，能够领导相关业务部门推进业务进展，高效拿到阶段成果；

教育水平 大学本科以上学历，机械设计、机电等相关专业 工作经验 有机械设计相关项目经历，做过人形机器人等相关项目，3-5年经验及以上；

1，熟练使用SolidWorks、Catia、UG等机械设计相关的软件，独立完成大型复杂装配设计； 2，熟悉机械设计、机械原理、加工工艺、常用材料、力学等相关专业知识，精通机电相关专业知识； 3，熟悉机械相关零部件的选型，如同步带、齿轮、丝杆等； 4，具有静力学有限元分析及运动仿真的能力； 5，熟悉电气、嵌入式相关知识，具有多专业的技术视角； 6，具有极强的动手能力，有丰富的工艺验证经验
