岗位职责： 1.负责力控夹爪嵌入式控制系统的功能，代码开发及调试； 2.负责力控夹爪控制性能评估及力控算法开发； 3.负责电机FOC 控制性能提升，控制参数调试和优化； 4.与软/硬件及机械工程师协同工作，调试并优化夹爪的软件及控制性能； 5.开发并调试夹爪的EtherCAT驱动接口； 6.分析夹爪控制性能的相关问题，持续优化夹爪控制性能； 7.开发夹爪自动化测试相关软件，并支持夹爪的组装与测试； 8.编写清晰、简洁的文档，以确保团队之间交流通畅；

基本要求： 1. 自动化、机械电子、控制工程、电力电子,机器人等相关专业本科及以上学历，3~5年以上相关工作经验 2. 熟悉无框力矩电机，永磁同步电机（PMSM）的矢量控制算法(如FOC,SVPWM)，深入了解电机的结构和控制方法，熟悉电机的PID控制与整定方法 3. 熟悉自动化控制理论和控制性能评估方法与标准 4. 具有永磁同步电机的电机控制开发与调试经验 5. 熟悉嵌入式常用功能的开发与调试，如SPI、ADC、DAC、GPIO、I2C、中断等 6. 熟悉C/C++、matlab simulink编程语言，具有良好的编程习惯，并具备一定的脚本能力，如Linux Shell，Python等 7. 熟悉STM32、TI、英飞凌系列芯片，至少有一个的开发使用经验 8. 较强的沟通能力、清晰的思路、钻研精神及良好的团队协作意识 加分项： 1. 熟悉软件版本管理工具Git 2. 熟悉EtherCAT 通讯，并有ethercat 的开发经验 3. 熟悉交叉编译cmake的使用 4. 有QT 等GUI 界面的使用开发经验 5.具有关节，夹爪嵌入式软件开发经验
