岗位概述： 我们正在寻找一位极具创意且逻辑严谨的产品设计师，加入产品团队。你将负责机器人及其生态硬件产品的工业设计（包括但不限于半身人形，轮式人形，智能按摩椅及相关硬件），推动产品从概念探索走向规模化落地。 该岗位不仅要求卓越的视觉表达能力，更强调对机械结构与人体工程学的深入理解。你需要在设计美感、工程可行性与用户体验之间取得平衡，推动设计方案高质量落地，打造兼具科技感与舒适体验的硬件产品。

岗位职责： 全流程设计： 围绕机器人产品生态，负责从概念构思、草图绘制、3D建模，效果渲染到原型制作（3D打印/泡沫模型）的完整设计流程。 CMF设计与落地： 主导产品色彩、材料与工艺（CMF）设计，提升产品质感与品牌识别度；参与并跟进打样过程，确保设计效果在量产阶段的还原度。 跨部门协同： 与产品经理、结构工程师、机器人调试工程师等紧密配合，确保充分理解用户需求和设计方案落地。 人机工程与体验验证： 围绕使用场景，通过物理原型（如3D打印）验证硬件交互逻辑，持续优化产品体验。 设计驱动的产品创新：主动探索机器人技术与人类世界的结合方式，从用户体验出发提出创新方向，可参与定义未来产品形态与交互模式。

任职要求： 学历工作背景： 工业设计、产品设计或相关专业，本科及以上学历，至少2年以上相关工作经验者优先。 设计与审美能力： 具备优秀的视觉审美与设计判断力，拥有前瞻性的设计洞察。能够精准把控简约且具有科技感的设计风格，并具备提炼与构建硬件产品系列化设计语言的能力。 逻辑理解能力： 具备良好的逻辑思维与系统理解能力，能够快速理解机器人相关产品的基础运行逻辑与技术约束。 用户体验导向：以用户体验为核心，能够从产品结构布局与交互流程出发，持续优化整体使用体验。 结构与制造认知： 对塑胶模具、金属加工及软包等制造工艺具备基础认知，能够与结构工程师高效协作并进行技术沟通。 工具熟练： 精通 Rhino / SolidWorks / Fusion 360 至少一种建模软件，熟练使用 KeyShot 等渲染器；具备使用AI 工具（如 Midjourney, Stable Diffusion）辅助方案探索与风格对齐者优先。

加分项： 有智能家电、轮式人形、医疗器械或消费电子类硬件设计经验。 对人体工程学或按摩技术（推拿、揉捏原理）有浓厚兴趣或深入研究。 具备基础的 UI/UX 设计经验，能够思考硬件与 App 端的交互体验。
