岗位职责： 1. 产品开发和迭代过程从规划到交付的全流程管控。 1.1 参与项目的产品需求文档（PRD）和立项评估，组织团队开展评估工作，并输出项目阶段性试产目标； 1.2 制定项目计划，协调研发、供应链等多方面资源，确保项目依据计划推进，按时、高质量交付； 1.3 识别并把控项目风险，主动就重要偏差和突发事件进行沟通预警并处理； 1.4 组织团队有序开展试产问题的分析，验证改善方案，促使试产问题快速得到解决； 1.5 定期对项目管理数据进行维护，按时输出项目成果与交付物； 2. 主导或参与项目管理相关流程机制的优化工作。 2.1 参与相关业务链条流程机制的优化完善工作，提出自己的见解、提供有效的解决方案； 2.2 具备业务建模能力，能主导或参与新产品导入流程机制的完善和优化工作，涵盖问题识别、优化提案、评审发布以及应用维护的全过程。

1. 年龄：35岁以内； 2. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，优先人工智能、电子电气、机械自动化类相关专业毕业； 3. 专业认证：有PMP证书，已通过NPDP、P2、HCIA-PM等认证者优先考虑。 4. 工作经验：3年~5年项目管理工作经验，经验丰富者优先考虑； 5. 能力要求： 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、独立分析问题能力与责任感； 具有团队合作意识、良好的沟通协调能力及语言表达能力，能够跨部门推进项目协作； 具有较好的应变能力、敏锐的捕捉能力、较强执行力和抗压能力； 具备快速学习能力，对业务和技术抱有好奇心，能迅速适应新环境与新任务； 秉持开放心态，能结合项目实际环境与特点，对项目管理知识和经验进行灵活剪裁与应用。
