任职要求（Requirements）： • 机械工程、机电工程、机器人学或相关领域的硕士学位。 • 精通机械设计、面向制造的设计（DFM）以及面向装配的设计（DFA）。 • 熟练使用 SolidWorks 或类似工具等 3D CAD 软件。 • 具备机械、机电或控制系统快速原型制作和实验设计的实践经验。 • 掌握机电一体化、机器人技术、传感技术、运动学和动力学方面的知识。 • 拥有使用 Python、C/C++ 或 MATLAB 进行数据处理和分析的经验。 • 具备出色的解决问题能力、分析思维、沟通能力以及文档编写能力。

加分项（Bonus）： • 具有机器人系统设计、集成和控制方面的经验。 • 熟悉基于 ARM 的嵌入式编程。 • 接触过用于数据分析的机器学习技术。 • 具有触觉传感器和力传感器的使用经验。
