Voor ons kantoor te Anderlecht zijn wij op zoek naar een commerciële, klantvriendelijke en gedreven verantwoordelijke collega.

Met je positivisme, doorzettingsvermogen en professionele uitstraling zorg je voor een aangename face-to-face prospectie waarmee je optimaal jouw klantenportefeuille beheert en verder uitbouwt.

Je speurt de markt af en laat geen enkele opportuniteit aan je voorbij gaan. Je zorgt voor het optimaal reilen en zeilen van je kantoor, je brengt vacatures aan en geeft deze door aan je consulente en samen zorgen jullie voor de perfecte match en tevreden klanten.

Je coacht motiveert en steunt je consulente en zorgt er voor dat deze elke dag met plezier komen werken.

Bij je volledige takenpakket wordt je bijgestaan door onze enthousiaste Area Manager.

- Je bent positief/commercieel ingesteld, leergierig en houdt van het halen van targets.

- Face-to-face en telefonische prospectie zijn je tweede natuur.

- Je creativiteit, gevoel voor humor en charismatische uitstraling dragen mee tot het succes van je job.

- Uiteraard ben je goed tweetalig FR/NL en heb je een goede kennis van MS Office.

Je bent luistervaardig, klantvriendelijk en diplomatisch. Sterk in administratie en hebt ervaring met leiding geven.

- In bezit van rijbewijs B.

- Enige ervaring in de uitzendsector of personeelszaken is noodzakelijk.
