Vertriebsstrategie & Wachstum

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Gesamt-Vertriebsstrategie
  • Aufbau neuer Kundensegmente sowie Ausbau bestehender Kundenpotenziale
  • Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-, Cross-Selling- und Account-Strategien

Sales Organisation & Leadership

  • Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs- und Marketingteams
  • Definition von Zielen, Strukturen und Performance-Systemen
  • Coaching und Entwicklung einer leistungsorientierten Vertriebskultur

Sales Excellence & Steuerung

  • Aufbau skalierbarer Vertriebsprozesse und Sales Funnel
  • Steuerung relevanter KPIs, Forecasts und Umsatzplanung
  • Optimierung von Conversion Rates, Pipeline und Vertriebsperformance

Markt & Kundenentwicklung

  • Aufbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Produkt und Customer Success

Damit begeisterst Du uns

Must‑haves

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sales Director, Vertriebsleiter oder Head of Sales im B2B-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge beim Aufbau und der Skalierung von Vertriebsorganisationen
  • Erfahrung in Neukundengewinnung, Account Development sowie Cross- und Up-Selling
  • Erfahrung mit KPI-basierter Vertriebssteuerung, Forecasting und CRM-Systemen
  • Führungserfahrung im Aufbau und Coaching von Vertriebsteams

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb digitaler Lösungen, Software oder Services
