Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich

Als Sales Hunter (m/w/d) verantwortest Du ein Vertriebsgebiet im Umkreis von bis zu 200 km rund um Deinen Wohnort. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Gewinnung neuer Geschäftskunden sowie der Rückgewinnung ehemaliger Kund*innen für unsere digitalen SaaS‑ und Marketinglösungen.

  • Neukunden im LEH und KMU identifizieren, Potenziale erkennen und durch telefonische Akquise ansprechen
  • Vor-Ort Termine planen, durchführen und nachhalten, Opportunities entwickeln und Deals im Leasing- oder Abo-Modell abschließen
  • Angebote erstellen, verhandeln und neue Kunden sicher übergeben für einen reibungslosen Start
  • Aktivitäten und Ergebnisse anhand definierter KPIs steuern
  • CRM tagesaktuell pflegen, Besuchsberichte dokumentieren und vollständige Transparenz für Steuerung und Reporting sicherstellen
  • Eng mit Marketing, Inside Sales und Operations zusammenarbeiten, Leads übernehmen und Kampagnen im Markt umsetzen
  • Marktfeedback zu Einwänden, Wettbewerb und Use Cases zurückspielen, um Vertriebsmaterial und Pitch laufend zu verbessern

Damit begeisterst Du uns

Must-haves

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit Erfolgen in der (telefonischen) Neukundenakquise und eigenständigem Closing, idealerweise im Umfeld Software, SaaS oder digitaler Services
  • Erfahrung im Außendienst und sicherer Bedarfsermittlung, souveräner Einwandbehandlung und überzeugendem Abschluss
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs wie Besuchsfrequenz oder Qualifizierungsquote; Zahlenorientierung im täglichen Vertrieb
  • Arbeitsstil geprägt von strukturierter Tourenplanung, verbindlicher Kommunikation und sauberer CRM-Pflege
  • Hohe Abschlussorientierung und Tempo im Vertriebsprozess mit klarer Priorisierung, wirksamer Opportunity-Steuerung und messbarem Output im Außendienst

Nice-to-haves

  • Erfahrung im LEH-Umfeld, insbesondere mit Filialstrukturen, Marktleitern oder regionalen Entscheidern, sowie Vertriebserfahrung im KMU-Segment
  • Kenntnisse in Leasing- und Abo-Modellen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Routine im KPI-geführten Vertrieb mit dem Verständnis für Activity-to-Revenue‑Mechaniken wie Erfolgsrate in Relation zu On‑Site Besuchen
