Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Private Equity Teams am Standort Köln ab dem 01.04.2027 einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für 3 bis 6 Monate.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Recherchetätigkeiten und Marktanalysen im Bereich Private Equity
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Verwaltung bestehender Investments sowie während der Due Diligence von Fondsinvestments und Secondary Transaktionen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Investment Proposals und Präsentationen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
  • Teilnahme an Meetings und Telefonkonferenzen mit Private Equity Fonds im Rahmen von Due Diligence und Market Mapping Aktivitäten
  • Quantitative Analysen (Markt- und Performanceanalysen)
  • Pflege von internen Datenbanken sowie Erfassung von spezifischen Daten potenzieller Investmentmöglichkeiten

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Corporate Finance oder Private Equity
  • Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit dem gesamten MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere professionelles Arbeiten mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Qualifikation: Eingeschriebener Bachelor- oder Masterstudent (m/w/d) an einer (Fach-)Hochschule im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Fokus auf Finanzierung, Investitionsrechnung oder Unternehmensbewertung
  • Darüber hinaus: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation Strukturierte, organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
