  • Develop technical solution proposals that meet customer requirements and applicable standards.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and other internal teams as needed.
  • Create clear, competitive technical and commercial quotations.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and technical specialists to align proposals with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Review incoming orders for technical accuracy, commercial terms, and completeness before order processing.
  • Prepare complete order documentation and support the transfer of accepted orders to the appropriate internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience in an Applications Engineer, Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical technical and commercial solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical judgment skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting industrial equipment, engineered products, or flow control applications.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and order documentation.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or another enterprise resource planning system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
