ATENDIMENTO BÍLINGUE

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

  1. Prestar suporte proativo e receptivo aos clientes que adquirirem pacotes de intercâmbio;
  2. Atuar no acompanhamento do processo do cliente com empatia, zelando pelo cuidado, atenção e agilidade nas tratativas com nossos clientes, desde a compra até a conclusão do intercâmbio;
  3. Mediar questões relacionadas a pagamentos, documentações, alterações nos pacotes de intercâmbio, gestão de conflitos e toda a tarefa que impacte ou apoie a jornada do cliente;
  4. Atualizar base de conhecimento interna e demais canais de informações da equipe e dos clientes;
  5. Oferecer atendimento multicanal (e-mail, chat, telefone e redes sociais) e serviços adicionais durante a jornada;
  6. Coletar e registrar feedbacks e apoiar com ações de aumento dos indicadores;

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  1. Experiência com atendimento ao cliente é um diferencial;
  2. Inglês fluente;
  3. Residir na região do ABCD;
  4. Ensino médio completo;
  5. Facilidade com tecnologia e ferramentas digitais;
  6. Disponibilidade para trabalho em regime presencial no escritório da empresa em escala 6x1 com folga alternada no final de semana.

SALÁRIO

Com experiência em atendimento + Inglês R$ 2116,40

Sem experiência, somente o Inglês R$1621,00
