DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

Aqui você vai ter meta, vai ter pipeline e vai ser remunerado por performance. Se você gosta de bater meta e quer participar da construção de algo de valor e ser bem remunerado por isso, essa vaga é para você.

Você vai ser a pessoa responsável por expandir o programa Fluencypass Creators — encontrando, abordando e convertendo novos criadores de conteúdo para a nossa rede de parceiros.

RESPOSABILIDADES:

  • Prospectar ativamente novos Creators em múltiplos canais Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn;
  • Atender e qualificar Creators que nos procuram de forma espontânea;
  • Construir e manter organizada uma rotina disciplinada de prospecção, follow-up e pipeline;
  • Agendar e conduzir reuniões comerciais de apresentação do programa;
  • Negociar o pacote de entregas e condições da parceria;
  • Enviar e acompanhar a assinatura do contrato até o fechamento;
  • Fazer o handoff do Creator para o time de CS após o fechamento;

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Experiência prévia em prospecção ativa vendas consultivas ou parcerias
  • Perfil hunter: não espera oportunidade vir até nós — busca ativamente;
  • Familiaridade com gestão de pipeline e rotina comercial;
  • Comunicação efetiva — verbal e escrita;
  • Organização para manter volume alto de prospecção sem perder qualidade;
  • Orientação a meta — você precisa gostar de número e de bater meta;

DIFERENCIAIS

- Vivência com influenciadores ou UGC: briefing, curadoria e negociação;

- Experiência com Creator Economy, EdTech ou produtos de assinatura;

- Conhecimento em conteúdo de performance: criativos, testes e análise de métricas;

- Conhecimento com CRM (HubSpot)
