Social Media Pleno

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

Buscamos um(a) Social Media que seja heavy user de redes sociais, com domínio real de algoritmos, tendências, formatos e narrativa - alguém que entende por que um conteúdo performa, sabe transformar estratégia em posts que batem objetivo, e também executa com consistência: do briefing ao post publicado e analisado.

Você vai atuar em múltiplas frentes, trabalhando junto com a liderança e o time de produção, garantindo que cada postagem tenha intenção clara e copy alinhada ao objetivo.

ATIVIDADES

  • Copys, legendas e textos na tela por postagem.
  • Roteiros para Reels.
  • Briefings completos para edição.
  • Calendário executado + pipeline atualizado.
  • Curadoria semanal (tendências + ideias aplicáveis).
  • Relatório semanal/mensal (insights e próximos testes).
  • Crescimento consistente de seguidores nos canais sob responsabilidade.
  • Aumento do share de vendas orgânicas originadas pelas redes sociais.
  • Criação e otimização de funis de compra via social.
  • Desenvolvimento e gestão de automações (ManyChat e similares).

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • 3+ anos de experiência com Social Media — com atuação real em planejamento, execução e análise, indo além de "só postar".
  • Visão analítica e orientada a decisão: domínio de métricas para gerar recomendações práticas, não apenas reportar números.
  • Heavy user de redes sociais com repertório atualizado sobre tendências, cultura digital e linguagem nativa de cada plataforma.
  • Escrita forte e versátil: ganchos, CTAs, títulos, legendas, textos na tela e roteiros — com intenção, clareza e ritmo.
  • Senso estético e visão de marca: atenção aos detalhes e consistência visual e editorial em todos os canais.
  • Organização e autonomia para tocar múltiplas frentes com consistência — calendário, aprovações, prazos e múltiplos stakeholders.
  • Uso prático de IA para acelerar pesquisa, roteiros e produção de conteúdo.
  • Conhecimento em ManyChat: criação e gestão de fluxos e funis de mensagens automatizadas.

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência em EdTech, escolas de idiomas ou SaaS.
  • Experiência com séries editoriais e crescimento orgânico.
  • Vivência com times de edição e creators (direção clara, sem ruído).
  • Noções de edição rápida de vídeo.
