  • Du berätst unsere Fluggäste am Flughafen und hilfst ihnen bei Fragen weiter
  • Du erlernst alle Tätigkeiten des Passagierservices und der Fluggastabfertigung
  • Du wendest deine Fremdsprachen bei der Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kunden an
  • Du erteilst Auskünfte und informierst über Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Du bist an unserem Service-Desk tätig und ermittelst Flugpreise, verkaufst Flugscheine oder bietest Zusatzleistungen an
  • Du sorgst für eine korrekte Be- und Entladung der Flugzeuge
  • Du führst das Boarding nach den geltenden Sicherheits- und airlinespezifischen Vorgaben durch
  • Du erstellst Unterlagen für die Flugvorbereitung sowie ein Load- und Trimsheet
  • Du lernst die Vorgaben zur betrieblichen Sicherheit (Safety) und zur Abwehr äußerer Gefahren (Security) anzuwenden
  • Du wirst auch kaufmännische Aufgaben in den verschiedenen Bereichen Controlling, Human Resources, Finanzbuchhaltung, Warenwirtschaft und Marketing ausüben

Das hast du im Gepäck

  • Du hast die Schule mit einer Mittleren Reife oder dem (Fach-)Abitur abgeschlossen oder bist kurz davor
  • Du kannst dich sicher verständigen und hast gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist fit am PC und kannst mit Microsoft Word, Excel und PowerPoint umgehen
  • Du bist flexibel und engagierst dich gerne
  • Du siehst dich als Teamplayer, kannst aber auch selbstständig arbeiten
  • Du hast gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Äußeres
  • Du bist von der der Luftfahrt fasziniert, und bringst bereits ein grundlegendes Interesse an Airlines und den Prozessen eines Flughafens mit
  • Du bist mobil und hast Freude daran, Theorie und Praxis zwischen unserem Flughafen und der Berufsschule in Freising zu verbinden
