In jouw uitdaging als Manager Projectbeheersing adviseer je opdrachtnemers bij een succesvolle uitvoering van projecten. In deze rol integreer je de processen en producten op het gebied van geld, risico’s, organisatie, tijd, informatie en kwaliteit en beheer aspecten zoals afwijkingen- en wijzigingenbeheer, werkpakketmanagement en kwaliteitsmanagement. Met behulp van bijbehorende tools heb je realtime overzicht van het project. Vanuit deze informatie rapporteer jij de projectmanager en zorg jij dat de kansen worden verzilverd en risico’s worden gemitigeerd. Voor het projectteam ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming van de beheersaspecten. Je bent zowel aansturend, toetsend als ondersteunend en daarmee een zeer belangrijke sparringpartner voor de andere sleutelfunctionarissen (o.a. IPM-rollen).

Je brengt het volgende mee:

  • HBO/WO diploma (Civiele Techniek, Bouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde)
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
  • Bekend met meerdere projectbeheersing- en projectmanagement methodieken
  • Bekend met werken in het IPM-model
  • Kennis op het gebied van UAVgc en Systeemgerichte Contract Beheersing (SCB)
