Vi ligger också i framkant när det gäller utveckling av nya produkter och tjänster inom flygindustrin. Vi är specialister på mjukvaror och mjukvarutjänter till flygbolagens operativa avdelningar, där våra Javaprodukter används för att planera individuella flygningar, medan vår iPad lösning används av piloter för att göra start- och landningsberäkningar inför varje flygning. Eftersom våra kunder använder våra tjänster inför varje flygning, förväntar de sig både hög kvalitet och praktiska lösningar. I fräscha lokaler och ett attraktivt läge intill Stortorget i centrala Malmö kan vi erbjuda stimulerande och utmanande arbetsuppgifter för en driven Ekonomiassistent.

Tjänstebeskrivning: Tjänsten är delad mellan ekonomi- och försäljningsavdelningarna. Du kommer dels att arbeta tillsammans med vår ekonomipersonal och assistera med det dagliga arbetet på vår ekonomiavdelning. Därutöver kommer du att assistera personalen på vår Säljavdelning, där du förväntas att avlasta dem med kontraktshantering och andra administrativa uppgifter. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Bokföring (löpade) Fakturahantering Löneadministation Moms- och skattedeklarationer Avstämning av konton Administrativa uppgifter som arkivering av kontrakt, upprätthållande av kunddatabaser m m. Upprättande av kundkontrakt (Service Level Agreements) Stöd till personalen på Säljavdelningen vid; kundkontakter, utskick till kunder, förberedelse och efterarbete vid kundkontakter och mässor. Telefon- och e-mailkontakt med våra nationella och internationella kunder avseende kontrakt och ekonomiska frågor.

Vi söker dig som är: Professionell och ”Service Minded”. Pragmatisk med en förmåga att se den större bilden. Noggrann med ett sinne för organisering. Ansvarsfull. Utåtriktad och fungerar bra i grupp. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Krav Erfarenhet av motsvarande ekonomifunktioner. Engelska, flytande i tal och skrift. Goda kunskaper i svenska språket, både i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet av VISMA eller liknande faktureringsprogram och löneadministration.

Meriterande: Högskoleutbilning inom ekonomi med inriktning redovisning. Ytterligare språkkunskaper utöver engelska och svenska. Erfarenhet av VISMA.
